My father has been at Lakewood Senior Living of Smiths for seven years, and he is happy. It is small, there are only 16 residents, and the people that work there are just wonderful. He has a one-bedroom apartment with a big closet, a big bath, and a bedroom. I love the food. They have lots of activities going on all the time. A lot of it is church centered. They have sitting exercises. It is like a home type environment, and there are no shared rooms. In the last two years, he has gotten a little quarrelsome because he is 98 years old, and they just handle him very nicely. I am very pleased with that.
