I am staying at Kendrick's Way Apartments. What I liked most is that I'm in a very convenient area. It's close to grocery stores and very close to my doctor's office. I love that it's a very quiet community. The seniors here are very friendly. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance is off the chain. They don't even allow you to change a light bulb. You put in a request, and they are here almost before you put it in. They're going to fix whatever the problem is, so I love that about them. It is a friendly place where the residents have pets. We are off the main boulevard. The only noise sometimes I usually hear is my neighbor going in and out, slamming the door. It is everything I would want in an apartment. We have bingo, a reading room, and an exercise room. The fellowship is just awesome. I was so impressed with the outside. There was never any trash or anything. Everything is immaculate in this area. I was blown away with the exclusiveness of it. Outside, the trees are well manicured. Everything is so well kept. Everything in the area is gated, and I love that. We have constant police patrols here. I was extra impressed after I got in here because they have the handicap thing above the bed. The bathroom is at the top of the line. They have a microwave, a stove, and a laundry room. My rent is very convenient.
