At Chelsea's Hidden Acres, our goal is to help our residents achieve the best quality of life possible. We are a licensed, 16-bed, traditional Assisted Living Facility located in Chelsea, AL. We distinguish ourselves from other retirement communities with our country cooking and home-like environment. We provide 24-hour nursing care with medication assistance, and assist residents with activities of daily living.
