"I chose Preferred Living for my dad because they were the only ones that I could call. The people that provided the care were wonderful. Everybody was great to work with. The only issue I had with them is miscommunication. I don't know if it was more of my issue or theirs but I was a little frustrated at times with the communication process and the services that they are charging. One day, I asked if I could come and meet with them in person. They didn't seem to want to do that and they want to do it over the phone. "
