"I'm using Signal Health Group. The assistance from Tim has been extraordinarily good. He has been enormously helpful to me. He is spectacularly great, and I couldn't get by without him. He is able to answer questions and get things done. I've been using them for about three years now, sometimes six hours, sometimes an hour or two, whatever is required. He provides direct care to me, healthcare, taking me to my medical appointments, and taking me to the emergency room at the UW Hospital. He provides the transportation for that, which is extremely important for me given my age of 81. He is honest, reliable, nice, and smart. I have no regrets whatsoever. I'm pleased with the service that Tim affords through Signal Health Group here in Madison. He's wonderful."

"I chose Preferred Living for my dad because they were the only ones that I could call. The people that provided the care were wonderful. Everybody was great to work with. The only issue I had with them is miscommunication. I don't know if it was more of my issue or theirs but I was a little frustrated at times with the communication process and the services that they are charging. One day, I asked if I could come and meet with them in person. They didn't seem to want to do that and they want to do it over the phone. "
