The service of Wesley Homes Home Health is fine. The caregivers are all doing good, but I had to call their supervisors several times to get them going. They're helping my husband with bathing and physical therapy.

We receive both daytime and overnight care service. Sometimes things go without a hitch, but there have been several scheduling mistakes, no- shows and late arrivals. Most are not related to shortages due to Covid—this was also a problem before Covid. Communication about substitute care workers and other issues is terrible. Agency never apologizes for mistakes and has lots of excuses. Care workers are friendly and attentive.

I hired Wesley Home because they were the first people to get back to me. I needed help with cleaning my apartment at that time. Everything went fine. They were good with coming to see me and setting everything up. The caregiver was very nice, got here in a timely manner, and did a very nice job.

Wesley Homes Home Health has done something I really didn't expect and that is give me total peace of mind that my mother is perfectly fine at home while I am away during the day. Plus, her caregiver has had my dishes done, vacuums, bathes my mother, does laundry, fixes her lunch and makes sure she eats, takes her for walks, see that her exercises are done each day "¦. She's awesome! I haven't asked her to do anything but she just does it on her own initiative.
