My husband is home with hospice at this time. We have hired ProMedica Hospice. I can't have enough nice words for them. It has been excellent. It's a godsend. They take care of everything. They provide all the equipment and all the supplies that you need in a timely fashion. The personnel are experienced, informative, and personable. We've had a number of people come out and they're all just lovely to deal with. They just make the most difficult experience of your life as positive as it can possibly be. We have Medicare, and we're elderly, so it's completely covered by Medicare. They provide everything that you need for comfort care; for my husband that also includes physical therapy because of his situation. Physical therapy was to provide comfort to him. They offer all the services you could possibly need to provide your loved one with a comfortable end of life experience. They have been wonderful, and I would like people to know about them.

Offered conscientious care to aging parent and support to family members. Assured parent was kept comfortable and received appropriate care in final days. Offered loved ones grief counseling afterwards.
