Caring knowledgable aides, but multiple no-shows and no replacement is not acceptable. The office had been informed on multiple occasions, with what sounded like genuine suprise of the situation, but no improvement was noted. Over 5 days and counting...no aide. Nice and knowledgable is one thing, but unannounced no-shows reflect poorly on an organization. I would not recommend this company.
