I know that the business was sold to a new couple. They have been in my home, and I was very impressed with them. This is a new thing for them, so I am glad they can keep up with all the demands. I was surprised when I heard that it was sold. She is good to help out with whatever my mom needs.

We have had some difficulty with caregivers who have trouble transferring me from my recliner to my wheelchair. The company gives excellent care in the way they treat their clients.

If I could afford it, I would still have her. She worked so well with my loved one and she made him feel happy. I appreciated that they didn't just sitting around doing nothing. She engaged with my loved one and helped him.

They are able to help me do things in the home that I can't do. We don't have children or anybody else, and it's nice to have them around. I'm very pleased with what goes on. I would recommend someone contacting them if they are not able to take care of themselves and their home. This is my second time to use them, and they are great.

They don't give me notice if the caregiver is going to be late, and they will send a different person sometimes without letting us know, which confuses my elderly mother. They just don't follow up with me. When the caregiver was coming regularly, it was good and made my life easier, but the inconsistency is frustrating.

Two weeks ago they were outstanding, but they gave me a call recently that they're sending someone different and I was too far away to warn my mother. She has dementia. There should have been more warning. It allows me the freedom to execute my life. I like knowing that she's safe with someone so I'm able to leave her at home.

On average, the caregivers are a team. They all work really well together. The care is safe and the caregivers know what they're doing. They're very attentive. It gives me more flexibility because Mom has someone with her 24/7. I'm newly retired, so at my age and physical limitations, there's no way I could move in and take care of her. It's given me a lot of freedom to let me do what I want to do.
