We have in-home care from Abraham Home Care. I have CNAs who come 30 hours a week. The girls they sent are always polite, punctual, and willing to help. They do lighthouse work, they will change my wife's bed for her, they give her a shower or wash her up, and they make sure she has her meds. We have a girl six days a week, five hours a day. Medicaid pays for it. I think there is a kind of language issue. They're mostly Hispanic, and I have a hard time communicating with the office because there are only a couple fluent in English people there. A lot of times when they call me to tell me something, it's a girl who can barely speak English, and it's difficult. That's the only complaint I have. The caregivers are pleasant and helpful, though.
