I would recommend these services esp for working families. I don't know if I would have been able to keep working with my ill father's situation. My immediate family is out of town and the care manager was able to fill that gap. I was provided with immediate help with nursing home placement, on-site and setting up transportation to physician appts and testing and direction with medical care. I esp. received support when he was hospitalized and passed away.
