The caregiver has been wonderful. The only area I’d like to see improvement is in a more detailed daily note. The problem is with the office and management or perhaps I should say mismanagement. They are very unprofessional when answering my calls. They leave messages telling in advance of when the caregiver will be taking time off at my request because initially it was only one day notice. Unfortunately, they don’t start looking for a replacement until right before one is needed. They approve too many requests for the same weekend off leaving no one to fill in. I once returned their call and was asked if I could fill in for someone because apparently they don’t know their clients from their employees. It turned out that my family member was the client that they were looking for coverage that weekend. Very unprofessional, clearly not trained for customer service and support. I don’t know if this is the same for all locations. I use the Bensalem office. I’m currently interviewing other caregivers so I can stop using Right at Home because on my days off I’d like to remain right at home myself instead of going back to care for my family member whom I care for Monday through Friday. I don’t need the added stress of an incompetent company such as Right at Home Bensalem.

Love working with Right at Home. The agency provides care for my 94 year old mother with mild dementia while I go to work. My mother says she is treated "like a queen." The agency provides medication administration, meals, helps my mother with hygiene and dressing and most importantly companionship. The staff is amazing to work with, always keeping me inform of how my mother's day was. We communicate via a daily log or by text messaging or a phone call. The staff is always professional and arrives on time. The staff also protects my mother by wearing a mask. When a different staff member needs to come and cover for the caregiver assigned due to a day off, someone from the agency always calls me to inform me of the change. Also, the agency is very flexible with any changes to my schedule. Everyone I speak with is always professional and kind. Would recommend Right at Home.

Rite at Home has been very helpful with the care of my mother in-law. Their employee's have been very nice and professional . They always keep the family informed of any changes that needs to be done concerning her care. They are prompt and always show up on time. We have been very satisfied with her care.

In May, we needed care for mom quickly as she was being discharged from the hospital and returning to her independent living facility. Right at Home was very responsive and always arrived on time. Always available by phone and proactive. Very patient. We would highly recommend.

Initially super care great communication When on vacation and need them the most I have spent more time in the phone then the actual care for mom. Caregiver played candy crush while sitting on the couch Read the “hand written” note rather than typed instructions EVERY EXCUSE IN BOOK FOR EXPLANATION FOR HORRIBLE CARE

Right at Home and the caregiver they sent me were very good. In fact, I was going to ask for her again because she has 20 years of experience, I think. This is the first agency where we really liked the caregiver they sent us.
