I had another home health and this group is far superior in knowledge and in caring and getting things done. Everyone has been great. I would like to specifically mention MARCHET for her knowledge and bedside manner and her willingness to contact the doctor to get what I needed ordered. Also is done and also LINDSEY in the PT area never stopped trying and educated my caregivers on exercises to help strength me.. If you are looking to choose a company in the grants pass area they are the best. I am still currently a patient.

My husband has been receiving medical Home Health care since his release from the hospital. He had leg surgery, a UTI, needed PT, OT and nursing help. I feel like The employees that have been sent to our home have been so good. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring. Everything was explained to us and I was taught how to help with exercisies and medical procedures to follow. I can not tell you how important these things meant to me. I have had to call the director several times and was met with concern and help getting the answers we needed to continue his care. I can't say enough about the service we received and highly recommend Riverside if you need a referral.
