Home is Where the Heart was providing in Home Assistance for my dad during the past 7 months of his life. The care providers always showed up on time and were so kind and concerned about my dads well being. He was resistant to any assistance in the begining, but grew to depend and value the help he was getting. This doesent even count the companionship and friendship. Their efforts lead him to be able to live his life out in his own home rather than in a facility. I can not experess how thankful I am for this. Roger and Mindy worked with me every step of the way as his needs grew in the final months. I recognize their efforts on scheduling and finding the staff to fit his needs was not easy but they did it. If you are looking for a partner to help your loved one live a graceful and respectful life you should have to look no further. Thank you the the whole team!

We have been using the services of HIWTHI for my father for the past several months. We are so pleased with the care provided. Our caregiver is professional, compassionate, diligent, and a perfect fit for our situation. I am able to go to work and know that he will be cared for and also have wonderful companionship. Home Is Where The Heart Is took care of my mom and dad before my mom went into assisted living. She received excellent care during that time. My mom has a complex health history and extensive needs. The owners and caregivers were very assertive and compassionate with her as well as communicative with my sister and I regarding her care. To this day, I still go to them for advice and they are happy to help us in any way they can!

Home Is Where The Heart Is has provided my family with a sense of peace knowing a caregiver is with our mother throughout the day. The caregivers prepare her meals, help with bathing, and do light household chores such as laundry and dishwashing. They also take her to doctor appointments whis is a great help to us. Besides all that, they provide company for our mother which is very important, too, and special bonds have been formed between them. No caregiver has ever treated or spoken to her disrespectfully. The owners of HIWTHI keep us informed of schedule changes and any new policies. I would highly recommend Home Is Where The Heart Is to anyone looking for some help for their loved ones.

They help with anything you need. Cleaning, taking to doctors, hair appointments, grocery shopping, whatever the client needs or wants. Great company.
