We can begin services while you are still at home, or once returning home from a hospital or nursing facility stay. Our caring and compassionate nursing staff of RN's and LPN's can assist with and teach you about your diagnosis, pain management, medications, wound care, and an endless amount of other issues. We also provide injections, lab work, and IV Therapy in the comfort of your own home. We will work as a team with you, and your physician to ensure the best care possible. We strive to help each person reach their maximum potential no matter how large or small any concern or obstacle. We have an RN on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can help with your issues. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies are available to help you reach your highest level of functioning. Therapy can help you to adapt everything from your living space to your diet so that you can maintain your maximum level of independence. Home Health aides can assist you with everything from bathing and dressing, to meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands, as well as someone for companionship. Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances will cover home health care at 100% with no out of pocket cost to you. Home health coverage varies slightly based on your insurance company's requirements, but we will inquire with your insurance company in advance and let you know any stipulations, or if they have any out of pocket costs in advance so that you are never charged for anything without your prior approval.
