After three days in the hospital, my father's health took a turn for the worse. He has lost so much weight. Dementia hit him hard and he had lost his will to live. We were looking for a hospice facility, and after a 10-hour road trip, we finally found Hospice of Davidson County. They took him on the night of April 14th and then he died at 6 pm on the evening of April 16th. He passed away peacefully. We really appreciated the kind loving care they gave my dad. Their staff treated him with respect, the respect for a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star Combat Veteran of the United States Marines Corps. I've sent them letters of thank you and would recommend them for any person whose family member needs special care and end-of-life care.
