Sara Sadin has been my father's Health Care Manager for seven years. We cannot praise her enough. Sara is professional, thoughtful, intelligent, attentive to detail, responsive, patient and, what is sometimes most important, just plain kind and caring. From our experience, you're lucky if you have her as your support system when the time comes.
