We had both BergenCare Home Health and BergenCare Personal Touch take care of our mom. BCHH came first when mom came out of the hospital. It was paid for by Medicare. They sent a nurse to care for the surgical site and physical therapy. We liked them so much that once their service was done we hired an aide to be with mom 4 hours a day from their home care division, Personal Touch. We could not be happier!

The nurses that work for this agency are so caring. The level of empathy they have for the patients and the families they service is above and beyond.

They were the Best. They are Medicare certified so I did not have to pay anything. They sent a nurse, a physical therapist and and occupational therapist into my mother home and worked wonders with her. She is doing so much better now.
