I have to do their tasks when they are not there, so it is helpful to have someone younger there to take that off of me. This is their first time dealing with the VA, so there was a little bit of a breakdown in communication in the beginning.

For the most part, they kept having to change caregivers because there was a problem and there was only one lady that actually did anything. I really liked my care managers. They did the best they could and tried to find the best caregivers for me.

They failed to show up and was never given a reason why. A week later they called and said they were ready to resume services. I cannot depend on them showing up and that is extremely bad. It doesn't feel like we talked to people on the phone. It felt like a kid talking and they would say we will get back to us and never did. My impression couldn't be more negative
