Our grandson has been a patient of Preferred for almost 3.5 years. They have gone above and beyond to help in his care. We are blessed by having the most caring compassionate and very skilled nursing team. I can't say enough about Preferred starting from the office staff on down to our guardian angels. I highly recommended them.

Preferred Home Health was OK, but at the end, the girl abandoned me. She didn’t come, she didn’t call, and she didn’t do anything. She was good at what she did, but you can’t just abandon somebody. I used them for almost two years. They were good at first. They need to get more people because they couldn’t find anybody after she left.
