This home health agency has sent us the most wonderful caregivers who obviously love what they do and love their patients. From the nurse to the physical therapist to the home health aide they have been professional, friendly, compassionate and caring. They take the time to talk to my Mom and help her to understand what they are doing and why. Mom has dementia so they very often have to repeat explanations and directions, but this never seems to frustrate them or make them anxious. We have used other agencies where the people couldn't get out of the house fast enough. Patient Care is the place I will always turn to each time we are in need of assistance in our home. I can trust whoever they send to be a kind, understanding, conversational and patient caregiver. A great agency!
