I heard about LTC Continuum from my church. I called them to let them know what was going on, because my mother was moving from Virginia to Las Vegas. Gretchen and her office got on it right away and helped me with all kinds of things: paying veteran bills, helped me get funding because my father was a veteran, helped me find out about other funding that was available, and helped me find a group home for my mother. I didn't want to put her into an institutional kind of place, so they took me around several different group homes in the area that would be conducive to us. They showed us around, introduced us to the people and gave us information we need. We found a very good facility that is small and homey, where the residents looked happy, and the interaction between staff and residents seem very good, too. My mother's been there for almost a year now.

LTC Continuum listened to what our situation was and to what we were looking for. They gave us a short list of places to go check out, and the places they referred us to were really nice. Although we didn't really have much interaction with them, because we found a place for my mother quickly. But they were very nice, very thorough, and very clear as to how their business relationship would fit in. They were great.

I actually knew Gretchen from church. I started asking around other people at church who had used her company and referred her to me. I spoke with directly and she ended up helping me out. She found me a long term care facility for my mom. After that when I tried to bring my mom home, she actually helped me find and interview companies to be in the house and care for my mom. Unfortunately, the day before it happened, my mom passed away. Over the 3 or 4 months that we used LTC Continuum, Gretchen was very responsive. Anytime I had a need or anything, she was right there on the spot with an answer.

I found LTC through a referral. They talked to me and told me what I needed to do. They found me a group home which I'm very very satisfied with. I'm very satisfied with what Gretchen did. She was very knowledgeable and she really helped me a lot. I felt confident in her. She was always there for every question I ask. If she wasn't in the office, her assistant would call back and then Gretchen would call back. She suggested several places and I picked the one I liked the best. I would recommend her company to other people. In, fact I already have.
