We have been using Liberty Home Health for a short while and this review is based upon the office performance rather than the actual therapist which may be good. The office staff is unorganized. You will speak to many different people and several people will come out to your home when you are scheduled with a certain therapist. I called in to speak to someone about when they would be coming out and they were very adament about things until they realized they had the wrong chart up. Nothing but confusion since starting therapy for my loved one. When someone has a medical need for home health it is very imperative that everything goes smoothly and the office staff and the therapist have me questioning their ability.
