I definitely would NOT recommend using this hospice company for your loved one. We had a terrible experience at the end with this company! The day my papaw passed, we called them to come assess my papaw, because ativan was wearing off before time for the next dose. On call nurse told my family, "there is nothing more they can do," "we are not here to babysit the family," and to "call me when he takes his last breath." Then when he did pass she took her sweet time getting there, well after coroner got there. Coroner actually did her job for her and called funeral home because she was nowhere to be found when my papaw, her patient needed her the most! I will tell everyone I meet about our very unpleasant experience and I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

I used nmmc hospics when my wife passed. I would not reccomend them. Their workers seemed distant and non caring. Did not ease pain
