We used the services of Deaconess Home Care for my grandmother. The caregiver was very attentive and very good. She helped her with her private activities, turned her when she needed to be turned and helped with the housework. She came thrice a week although my grandma probably needed more than that. They were there when we need them, sometimes they weren't suppose to come to the house and when my mom called them for a problem, they showed up.
