My wife was screaming in agony during the last 5 days of her life, but was in a coma so I could not comfort her. She was attended by the same newly graduated nurse whose name I cannot divulge under the guidelines. I called the main office each day so the supervisor could hear my wife's agonizing screams on my phone's speaker. Nothing changed. Finally and mercifully, my wife died on the sixth day. I will never forget her terrified cries which were clearly audible throughout the entire building. I did not pursue legal action because I am trying to forget. However, I want other caregivers to be forewarned.
