Avalon's geriatric care managers provided a much-needed service for my grandmother to allow her to remain in her home instead of going to a nursing home. Avalon's nurses paid close attention to her needs and likes and dislikes and were great at coordinating all of her care and services! We would recommend Avalon's services to anyone!
