Their hospice nurses are phenomenal, that is why they receive better than a 1 star review. However, their prescription delivery operation is a disaster. My grandmother was dying and having pain and trouble breathing. Seasons (or Accent as they are now calling themselves) not only forgot to leave a medication that would clear her airway of secretion on Saturday (a drug they admitted should have included in the kit they left), when the pharmacy finally opened 2 days later, their delivery driver, after picking up the prescription, took 3 hours to drop it off at her facility. The drive from pharmacy to facility should have taken about 15 minutes. I eventually had the prescription cancelled and re-filled and went to get it myself. When I returned, the driver was just arriving and said they had not marked the prescription delivery urgent. You would think that any hospice prescription should be considered urgent. There was no doubt it was a hospice medication since they are a hospice service and had picked up the prescription from a hospice pharmacy. Seasons/Accents directly caused my grandmother significant suffering in her final hours. Whether it was because of a delivery driver taking his sweet time or an incompetent office staff that mis-labeled the urgency of the prescription, there is no doubt who the blame for this lies with. Do not trust this company to provide any type of urgent care. Not ideal for a HOSPICE company.

Our family is so appreciative to the staff at Seasons Hospice in Milton. Our brother was dying of lung cancer and after being told there was no more treatment for him, he was lucky enough to be accepted here for his final journey on earth. He was treated with the upmost respect and dignity during his entire stay here. The staff went out of their way to make sure he was well taken care of. The compassion and kindness shown our brother by all the staff was like no other we have seen. Thank you to all the staff at Seasons Hospice. The work you do means so much to the family members of the terminally ill.

My dad was in Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care for hospice care. It was excellent. They did short-term care for him. They made him comfortable, they made sure he was in no pain, and they made sure that he was clean at all times. They were very attentive to him. The place was excellent and very clean, too. Everything about it was excellent. The staff was very kind and there was a chaplain, which was really nice. They talked to us at all times and they took excellent care of my dad. I have no complaints about that place. I was totally satisfied.
