They were all good although one gal had trouble putting in my dad's catheter. I don't think she got it in right. She had it outside the bladder which caused him a great deal of pain. I took it out since my dad is in too much pain. I'm a nurse too, so I took the catheter out. But they did come out within a few hours. Somebody else replaced it. I don't know if she was new, but the other nurses were really good. I guess that was the regular visiting nurse part. Great Lakes Caring has two different kinds of nursing services. One was for regular skilled visit, and the other one for hospice. He only used hospice for three days. The hospice people were really good.
