"Right now, I have somebody from Right at Home Middle Connecticut for a week, 24/7. It's one person, and she'll move on to her next assignment when she's done here. The kids just wanted me to have somebody here 24/7 when I first came home from rehab. She's here to make sure that I don't fall and that I have someone if I need anything, like heating some lunch, and that kind of thing. Just making sure that I'm careful and don't get hurt. It's nothing like the bathroom kind of stuff, because I'm able to get in and out of the shower, and the actual bathroom. I've had her since last Saturday, and she'll be here until this coming Saturday. I think what the agency does is very good, so I'm giving a happy review."

The service has been supportive and helpful in navigating and managing the time shifts and having consistency with the homecare for my mother at home. They offer homecare services. The homecare provider that's in the home also helps to run errands, does light housekeeping, also takes my mom to appointments and run groceries or errands. It's helpful to have someone who cannot only care for her in helping to make meals and helping to manage her mobility in the home, but also able to assist with errands outside of the house.
