We put my mother in Unity Hospice last Monday, and they are getting ready to supposedly to transition her to come to our house. They have actually gone to help at the hospital at the nursing home, and they are going to be bringing her back. They said they are going to bring all the equipment and the bed. They did an evaluation on her already; they got the doctor’s permission, and my brother has got the power of attorney, so they got permission from him. I think it’s good. They give her a bath, help with whatever she needs, they have a social worker, and they have aides that come in. We always go there for lunch and dinner to make sure that she eating, because sometimes they don’t have time to help everybody. They are fully involved, and they tell us what’s going on and what needs to be done. They are pretty nurturing, and they follow through on what needs done.
