We used the Home Hospice care for a good while. Tina and Lindsay were fantastic about caring for my wife. When she transitioned to the in house care we have received the same excellent care and concern. Staff, nursing staff and volunteers are great. They care for my wife like she was family. She feels very comforted there.

My dad was at Twin Fountains nursing home and my Brother and I was told on the phone on the way to see my dad when I called them to ask a question they told me the nursing home said he was unresponsive so we was the ones to find our dad passed away no one was in the room I would not recommend West Ga Hospice or Twin Fountain to anyone. NO FAMILY MEMBERS SHOULD FIND A FAMILY MEMBER LIKE THIS

In 2014, my mother-in-law lived out her last days (which ended up being 3 months) in West Georgia Hospice. When it was “time,” my husband and his siblings were all on their way but did not get there in time. The nurses stayed with me, held her hand and mine, and cried with both of us until she drew her last breath. One of my best friends lost her mother several years ago, and another best friend has lost both of her parents, all of whom were cared for at this facility. And now, last week, March 15, 2018, I lost my own father. He was only there for 5 nights, but he received the same concern, care, and compassion that my mother-in-law did. This staff took unbelievable care of her, my Dad. Everyone else I have ever spoken to that had a loved one at this Hospice could not say anything bad about any part of their experience. It’s hard enough losing someone you care about, but these nurses sure do help take the sting out of such a difficult situation. I cannot even put into words how much I appreciate the love I have for them, and the respect for what they do. ANGELS.. that’s what they are, every one of them!

Grieving Widow

No follow up contact after my husband died. Staff was rough and threw husbands body around after he died. They were extremely disrespectful. Nurse told me to go to store and get my husband supplies within a few minutes before him dying. Extremely traumatized by entire situation. I suggest families look elsewhere prior to hiring this group. It's all about the money.
