The agency has failed to provide any services they have a care plan that only the staff can see and they have everything noted that they're coming out for visits however we have only seen medical staffing for my mother-in-law approximately four times since her release from the nursing home back in June we have even asked for oxygen tanks in case of a power outage my mother-in-law wears auction and she uses a compression we are unable to call the company to get information because it's constantly asking for a code the nurse stated that she would be bringing oxygen tanks and she has not I have decided to elevate my complaint further as no one seems to return calls we were told that medical staffing does not come to the home if the Nurses Aide or home health aide is on vacation no one will come out that week this is very cruel to my 92-year-old mother-in-law but as previously stated I will expedite or Elevate this complaint to whatever government agency will look into this matter to corn and stone Nursing Home in Orlando Florida be at the Joint Commission in media and social Outlets because there are other issues including infections that have been lasting longer than anticipated because no one is coming out to the home it's really bad.

My family can’t say enough about Cornerstone. Losing my husband was devastating but making his last days with us at home they went above and beyond. They not only care for the loved one but they also make sure the rest of the family is doing ok. I praise everyone of the nurses we had especially the last day. You all are special angels. We had a nurse around the clock. They were always on time for each shift and made the transaction between new staff so easy. Thank you again for your caring and gentleness.

At first it was a scary experience, but thanks to all the nice staff at Cornerstone, my mother was able to make it out as healthy as she could. In my opinion, Cornerstone Hospice should be your first option when looking for a Hospice. If I had a similar situation I would get them to help me again. Thank you Cornerstone.

Initially I was terrified to have my mom here. The nursing staff, doctor and chaplain all helped to calm my nerves. Checking in regularly with my mother and our entire families well being. They explained to me, in as much detail as I asked for, what the transition would be like for my mother, and what I could watch for as her advocate to make certain that she was comfortable. We knew the staff by name and they always responded to all our patient and family needs as was needed. Since mothers passing we have received multiple follow up calls to check on the mental health of those of us that were with mom. We have also received multiple cards commemorating time passed. I am eternally grateful to this staff of gentle souls. What started out as terrifying and unexpected event was turned in the privilege of being with mom while she transitioned. My Dad was placed in the care of Cornerstone in July 2020 after several years of battling Huntington's Disease. The nurses & the chaplain who visited my Dad multiple times a week took incredible care of him and became like family to all of us. The team was made up of saints who assisted in making my Dad comfortable and Mom (& the rest of us) at ease during the transition. I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone at Cornerstone. As the administrator for Granny NANNIES villages location, I have referred many families to Cornerstone hospice and have had our care providers work side by side with the hospice team. I have always known that Cornerstone was a great company. It wasn't until my own father became terminal and deteriorated quickly that I turned to Cornerstone and learned first hand how compassionate Cornerstone was for both patient and family. During hurricane Irma, Cornerstone came immediately and was in constant contact with my family taking care of his medication and adjusting as needed to keep my dad comfortable until he past away. I can not say enough good things about Cornerstone hospice group. Granny NANNIES and I will continue to refer Cornerstone, so that other families may have the support to make end of life a bit easier to cope with.
