From top to bottom this group of people provided a very high level of care for my mother, as the primary caregiver myself, the cooperation and assistance I received from the Tidewell organization was invaluable to the overall care of my mother.

My brother was at Tidewell Hospice - Sarasota Hospice House. He was in his last few days with brain cancer, and they took care of my brother for the last days of his life. They did a wonderful job. They help with doctoring and nursing. The staff members were all wonderful. I'm totally happy with it. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. The facility was wonderful. There are only 12 rooms, and each one was like being in a mansion. It was totally clean.

What an amazing facility with actual caring and compassionate staff that treat your loved one so kind and thoughtful in every way. I was blessed to have this time here with my mother before she passed and felt at peace with the environment at the facility and every single person that worked there. Highly recommend during this extremely difficult time.

I hired Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care - Central House for my husband. The first few days, they were really wonderful and very helpful, and they helped me get a hospital bed for us. They were helpful. The last night when my husband died, I was alone, so I called them in and they had a nurse who came and gave him some morphine and left, and I was a bit disappointed. I thought they would stay and help me deal with his death, but they didn't. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I had been told in the past that they did stay. The staff were terrific. They provided the equipment that I needed. They provided mostly the education helping me to understand what was happening.

I just spent 9 days and nights with my mother at Tidewell Hospice House. The most warm and amazing experience with all things considered. Doctor, nurses and aides were beyond human. Angels in disguise. Could not have asked for a better place for my mom to spend the last days of her life....

Before my dad passed away, he had hospice care at home from Tidewell. I think they're one of the greatest. They were so helpful and so dedicated. Tidewell Hospice in Florida, I think, is one of the best there is. My dad was allowed to remain at home, which was the number 1 thing I like most. Other than that, we could reach them any time if we had a question. They also called on a daily basis. They provided medication for him, they helped me changed him and changed his sheet, etc. They just came to the home and actually do physical things, that's why I like them. Most definitely I would recommend Tidewell to others.
