My experience with this agency was unfortunately disappointing. Along with my grandmother's many medical issues, she also fell and fractured her left foot recently. When I met the staff that was taking care of her daily, they seemed surprised to see me and hesitant to educate me about my grandmother's needs. My grandmother was dropped by one of them, causing the shin above her already fractured foot to cut open and bleed. The staff member than forced her to still shower. As I was calling the ambulance, the staff member slammed the left side of grandma's wheelchair into the cabinet so hard that a piece of the cabinet broke off. Many other unacceptable incidents occurred which led to the eventual abandonment of my grandmother. If your family member lives alone, I recommend that you check thoroughly into the care that if being provided to them.
