I have hospice care for my mom. They're from Catholic Hospice - Main Office. They have round-the-clock nursing. They make sure she is kept clean, and they have all the drugs she needs to keep her calm. Doctors and social workers come by. I only have good things to say about everybody there. The care for Mom, from the nurses to the doctor, they've done a good job.

My father was in and out of the hospital almost all year long and After weeks of searching for hospice care my family thankfully came across this company. They were the most caring and attentive group of people that genuinely cared for my father. The main nurse Sharon, the CNA Germania, the Chaplain Feniton, Kalie from respiratory, Rachel from physical therapy and the SW Kendaya just to name a few always went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for and the whole family was in the loop about his plan of care until the very end. I will forever be grateful for them and all they did for us in this most difficult of times.

My sister who is mentally disabled has declined over the last year so we placed her on Catholic Hospice. She was extremely agitated due to pain and confusion and they placed her on continuous crises care. During that time the CNAs were caring and compassionate, but the nurses were not. The nurses complained about caring for my sister because she was agitated and didn't bother to call the doctor to get additional medications ordered to help calm her. Furthermore, while in their care she suffered a fungal infection in her sacral area from improper cleaning and deep tissue injury because they were not turning her in bed. She also suffered a bump in the head from hitting the headboard while they were pulling her up in bed. CARING AND COMPASSIONATE they are not. If you care about your loved ones....don't choose them.

My mom was really sick, and when Catholic Hospice came in, it was really a lifesaver for us. When there’s a crisis or when mom is sick, they provide 24/7 care. There’s a nurse that takes over from 8 to 8 in the morning and then stay up all night, the one that is on night shift. Now the crisis is over, we don’t have that service. A nurse practitioner will come every couple of days to bathe her, and then if she gets sick again we can pull them again. It’s run by the Catholic Church, but they take anyone. Most of the staff if not all have been fully confident and very helpful.

MY FATHER WAS CARED BY CATHOLIC HOSPICE WHEN HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TERMINAL LUNG CANCER. NOT SURE WHAT WE WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT THE CARE AND PEACE THIS PLACE AND THE WORKERS IN IT BROUGHT TO US THRU THIS DIFFICULT TIMES. THEY CALLED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK ALL THE TIME, BROUGHT MEDICINE AND EQUIPMENT WITHIN 1 HOUR. NURSES WERE KIND AND POLITE. THEY MADE MY FATHERS LAST MONTH LESS STRESSFUL AND LET OUR FAMILY ENJOY HIM UNTIL HIS LAST MINUTE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINS AT ALL ON THE CARE AT HOME AND AT THE HOSPITAL WHERE IT FELT VERY PEACEFUL.I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO GO THRU THIS PAINFUL MOMENTS. THE ONLY PART I FEEL THAT NEEDS INPROVEMENT IS THE SOCIAL WORKER THAT CAME BY A FEW TIME BUT HAD VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ANYTHING WE ASKED ABOUT. BUT THAT AGAIN IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE GREAT CARE MY FATHER HAD. A+++++

We inquired in several in home cares but didn't push through because Medicaid didn't come. Then my sister found a hospice for our mother. She was in the hospital for a week. There, the care was not very good. Her body got burned because they didn't change her frequently. But the hospice came regularly. I can't say much because my mom actually lives with my sister but from what I saw, they were excellent in taking care of her before she passed away.
