Such caring staff. Kim B is such a wonderful person. My partner was reluctant to use Hospice. I knew I needed help with him. Although we didn’t use hospice long, I was so impressed with how quick they made things happen. On a Friday night he agreed and Saturday the equipment showed up and things moved very quickly. Unfortunately, my partner passed the following Tuesday. But, they have remained involved with me. Calling, checking in to see how I’m doing and just a general concern for me and my grieving. Thank you so much, Kim and staff. U have made this journey easier for me!!!

Hospice of the Emerald Coast provides 24/7 medical care. In the event that it's necessary, they have a doctor on call 24/7. It's in home health care. A nurse comes twice or three times a week depending on the current needs of my mom. They have a nurse that comes in two or three times a week as well as a chaplain, a social worker, any volunteers to sit with her and talk to her and help her while her house is done. The caregivers are all good, they seem confident. They're in touch with her primary care physician. It's an ongoing communication process. They always show up, they're always pleasant and my mom likes them. They're meeting our needs right now. They're providing service when no one else would.
