Exempla Lutheran Hospice was excellent. They went out of their way for us and were there 24/7. His nurse was there minutes after my dad passed, and she stayed hours afterwards. The social worker came in and helped us. They provided a hospital bed to our house, all the supplies he needed, two nurses visits a week at least, and we had a CNA come in to bathe him. They were very helpful, friendly, courteous, very patient, and provided us a little box that has emergency medicines in it. However, the chaplain was supposed to see my father on Thursday and my father passed on Tuesday, but we never heard from him or any of the chaplains again.

My husband went into Exempla Lutheran Hospice. The hospice care was excellent. I couldn't have done it without them. He had to go into the center for five days at one time while trying to regulate his pain meds, and they were good and very helpful. I was very pleased with the assistance they gave me; the CNAs and the nurse that came to the house were all very good. I would recommend them. I chose them because it's closer to me.

My husband, F. J. Brady passed away in July of 2011. He was in home hospice through Collier. I don't know what I would have done without the nurse and social worker at Collier. They were very compassionate and helpful. I thank them both for their wonderful service to me and my husband.
