"Family Matters was there when we needed them and were flexible to adjust schedules when demand changed. My mom had back surgery and couldn't do much but their caregivers were the perfect solution. They helped with tasks, errands, getting to the doctor, and noticing when my mom needed rest and was doing too much. They were wonderful people who really did care about my mom. Plus, they give daily updates on a website so you can follow what is happening. We had them for three days a week to two days a week over a six-month time. If my mom needs help in the future, I will contact Family Matters first to help. I know they will be there."
