Creative Counseling for Elders and Families, Inc.

As a therapeutic case management agency, our goal is to help families navigate through the difficult transitions and challenging situations around aging and dementia and family systems and dynamics. Our team combines backgrounds in mental health and other human services areas with years of experience and a clear understanding of medical and Government/community systems and family dynamics to meet the needs of our clients and their families. Families and individuals often do not know where to turn or how to get support and help for themselves and/or their loved ones. We work collaboratively, in a whole family/whole system recovery model and design interventions and solutions to create a system of support and care for individuals and families. We have a unique approach where we integrate aspects of traditional psychotherapy with case management and alternative modalities to create an individual system of support and care that meets our clients and their families needs.
