For one, they are able to give me peace of mind. When I go to work, I don't have to worry about her at home. She gets her medications, feeding, and range of motion done. I like that I have two wonderful nurses that work well with my wife.

They are providing me someone to take care of me at night. They provide me with the right people and if I am not satisfied they are willing to change. I can speak with the person in charge. They are very nice and are always there when I need them. They always treat me with compassion and understanding.

They've been very good in maintaining and helping me. I like that the nurses are consistently good and that the agency keeps in touch.

They come in a get the job done and they get out. I like that they show up and the caregivers are dong a good job.

They've been able to find multiple quality LPNs, and as a result my mom has improved. They've been excellent so far handling my mother's care.

It has made it possible for me to be more independent. I can't get enough of it. I get to go places and see things because I have transportation. They try to do everything the best they can. They follow through and work with me. It gives me responsibility. I've learned from them how to deal with people and their personalities.

They are sending out a physical therapist today. They come here once or twice a week. They seem to be committed to the work they are doing. They are dedicated professionals. They gave me a referral that I was needing. New Start is about teamwork, and they met the needs of my mother in a sincere way. I can talk to them and get an answer back quickly.

They have helped by checking my loved one's vitals and doing basic cleaning of the G-tube. I like that they come on time and take care of everything that we need.
