Park Tower Apartments is for seniors and people with disablities. I like the location, and I like most of the people that live here. I like the place, but a lot is going on with the management changing now. It's a nice place though. The staff is nice. The ones they've got in place now are really nice people. I like the apartment. It's nice. It's exactly the right size for me. I don't have to be walking all over the place. I have balance issues, but it is easy for me to get around my apartment. I have a dog and a cat, and they're pet-friendly. They have exercise and bingo night. They offer a lot of stuff, but I don't take part in them. The rent is going up. They're trying to dress up the front and downstairs, but they don't pay attention to the hallways. They need to pay a little more attention to those things and keep the residents happy. What I used to like about the building was that they provided 24-hour security, but now they don't. The security guards leave around 1:00 in the morning, and we have an intercom now that works. Anybody can come into the building. Security used to know exactly where you were going and who you were going to see. So I was a little disappointed in that aspect of the 24-hour security.
