My wife has been to Columbia Health Care Center two, or three times and we're very satisfied with them. The staff was courteous. They seemed well aware of my wife's condition and they're taking care of her well. People were there when I needed them and when she needed them. They were very helpful in transporting her in and out. Her room was clean and it's very, very adequate.

Columbia Health Care Center is a great place with multiple activities. The food was excellent, and they offered a discount for family or friends. It seemed like a very good place with a great vibe. They had a physical therapy room downstairs and long hallways where people can try to walk and get a little exercise. The hallways were broken up by care level, which was an interesting concept. The gym seemed very well equipped, and they had a 24-hour nursing staff. The staff was very nice, very accommodating, and asked how they can help. The only concern I had was they didn't have an on-site doctor, and it didn't seem like the doctor came very often, but they had plenty of registered nurses who seemed to be able to accommodate very well. The facility was very nice and older, but you can't tell. They had a great maintenance program. You can walk outside when it's not cold, and they had a lake where the residents could sit on benches and be outside.

Columbia Health Care Center is a nursing home, rehab, and long-term care facility. It's very clean and renovated. The staff was wonderful, nice, and devoted.
