The team greeted me at the door and was very helpful. The home atmoshere was very comfortable and inviting. The rooms were bright and the common areas were cozy. Residents looked happy and were busy with activities.

Our House Senior Living Wisconsin Dells Assisted Care was a clean facility. The staff was very good and right on top of it. The rooms were small, but clean. It's like a Jack and Jill room where there's one room and then a bathroom, but the bathroom had two doors, and then the other bedroom. The staff was really friendly, and if we lived closer, that would've been an ideal spot to go. The activities were varied like putting puzzles together, games planned, field trips, and access to books.

I was not impressed with Our House Senior Living - Wisconsin Dells Assisted Care at all. It seemed very small and not very well staffed. The rooms were OK, but there was hardly gathering areas for the people. I was very unhappy with it. All I saw was one gathering room when you walk through the door and it was very small and very crowded. It was a prescheduled visit, but they didn't know who I was and weren't expecting me. They seemed very disorganized. I would not consider it for my brother, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody else.
