We took the full tour at The Pines Assisted Living. I loved it. They had 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments and it was excellent. The staff was wonderful. It was just very well-maintained. We loved the place, it's just we're not ready to go yet.

My 101 year old father is a resident here. My sister who lives nearby and I (live in Colorado) could not be more satisfied and comfortable with his living situation here. He calls the staff "angels on earth," lives the home cooked meals (and he was spoiled by my mom and sister's cooking, all the activities and the comraderie of all the folks living there. They truly look out for one another. My dad is quite healthy but has lost all his eyesight. He could not live in a more supportive environment!

My overall visit with The Pines was good. They were very welcoming and professional. The general appearance was lighter and brighter than some of the other facilities. They have wide hallways.
