I spent a few hours talking with supervisors, touring the facility, having lunch and visiting with residents. I had reached out to friends after my aunt had a stroke as we are looking for somewhere close to home, but also a place she will enjoy. My first impression was that they had a beautiful building; complete with a gazebo out front, and an attached clinic. I like the clinic being so close, they literally are able to walk the tenants down the hall for appointments, instead of taking them across town and sitting and waiting. The people seemed very happy with the people who work with them, rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Every employee I spoke too wasn't rushed and answered all my questions competently. The food was good and I was informed that the menu is quite varied. I really liked that they have a large board in the common area with information about when activities were happening, and there was a lot going on during the week.
