We toured Nicolet Highlands Apartments 55+. The main entrance felt like a park, and the staff was extremely friendly. We met with different residents there, and they regarded it very highly. It was very clean, very updated. The one thing I like about it is that each apartment has its own control for the heat and air conditioning. So, when COVID was going on, they had no one getting COVID in the building.
