I will be moving into Algonquin Manor. They have a new owner, and so there are quite a few apartments empty. I've been there three times to sign paperwork, and I toured it, and they have washers and dryers. Some apartments have it in the apartment, plus there is one down the hall. It's a beautiful place. It's really nice. They have a large community room. It's just real quiet. My apartment is a nice size. It has a dishwasher and a nice, large bathroom. The thing I like most is my balcony. It's not a teeny-weeny balcony; it is a nice-sized balcony. Out of all the apartments I've looked at, that's one of the largest ones I've seen. They had a beauty shop and large-sized appliances. They got a whole list of stuff. The manager was so helpful. She just walked me through the whole application and process. I liked it. She was really nice. The new owner told me they're about to do a lot of renovations to the building. It's an older building, but it's still nice and clean. You prepare your own meal. I did see some aides coming in to help from private companies. Yesterday, I saw a nurse coming in to go to someone's apartment.
