My father was a resident of this independent living facility. In the independent facility, a nurse checked on him regularly and would recommend any treatments or tests if they felt a need. They were in contact with me in a timely manor if there were any problems (ie - a fall). All information was forwarded to his doctor so that he was kept informed too. Every staff member was very nice to the family and to my father. I always felt that they really wanted what was best for my father. The decision to move to an independent living facility was a hard one, but the staff made the move a lot easier for all of us.
