We chose Golden Oaks Follansbee for my mother-in-law. They're taking very good care of her. The staff, the lady that owns the place, and everything have been great. Because of COVID, they are keeping her in her room a lot. She hasn't been there a month yet. I would recommend it because of the care. They're very, very caring, and they keep you informed of everything that's happening. It's a good place. I have not been inside because of COVID, but the outdoor space is good.

We chose Golden Oaks Follansbee for my mother-in-law. They're taking very good care of her. The staff, the lady that owns the place, and everything have been great. The staff are caring & kind to my Mother & others. They provide excellent food & the facility is always clean. The staff is professional but make my Mother & our family feel at home. I would highly recommend this facility to others!
