Evergreen Senior Care is a nursing home with memory care services in Seattle. Located near the Mountain View and Beverly Park neighborhoods, this small facility is tucked away on a wooded lot close to Glen Acres Golf and Country Club and Salmon Creek Ravine Park and near public transportation. This facility provides assisted living and memory care services for residents age 55 and older. Only six residents at a time live at this facility. The building, a ranch-style one-level home with a wooden exterior, was first constructed in 1997 and was renovated in 2013. Each resident has their own unit, and wheelchair-accessible units are available. Staff members, including registered nurses, are awake and on-site 24 hours a day, and a doctor is on call at all times. The staff provides assistance with personal care and meals, but can also provide help with mobility issues, insulin injections, feeding tubes and catheter and colostomy care. The facility also provides respite care and hospice care as needed. All meals are provided at this facility, including kosher and vegetarian options. Specialists including podiatrists, occupational therapists and speech therapists make regular visits, and complimentary transportation services are available for other appointments.
